JOB DESCRIPTION
Box Office Attendant will be responsible for assisting at Speedbowl events with ticket sales, ensuring Will-Call and VIP/Guest lists are kept in order and followed per requirements, as well as other duties as assigned. All interested must have the flexibility to work long days, nights, weekends and holidays.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
Position will be required to execute various tasks during Speedbowl events including:
- Aiding event operations
- Handling cash and credit card transactions
- Ensuring box office equipment is functioning properly
- Promoting extraordinary customer service at all times
- Ability to answer questions asked upon by guests, from time and order of events to locations of attractions
QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION
· Candidates should be responsible, trustworthy, organized individuals possessing strong written and verbal communication skills.
· They must have the willingness to learn and adapt to environment, the ability to balance multiple tasks and be able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
· Candidate must also feel comfortable with large amounts of cash, have the ability to handle cash transactions without the use of calculator or other means, operate credit card and ticket machines, and have the ability to fill out reports at the end of the night for managers.
· Computer skills, previous cashier, ticket sales, and e-commerce experience highly preferred, but not required.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting at Speedbowl events with customer service at all levels, as well as other duties as assigned. All interested must have the flexibility to work long days, nights, weekends and holidays.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
Position will be required to execute various tasks during Speedbowl events including:
- Aiding event operations
- Assisting with guests and their various needs
- Ensuring that all guests are in a safe and secure environment
- Promoting extraordinary customer service at all times for complete customer satisfaction
- Ability to assist with track promotions if asked upon
- Ability to answer questions asked upon by guests, from time and order of events to locations of attractions
QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION
· Candidates should be responsible, trustworthy, organized individuals possessing strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Must have the willingness to learn and adapt to environment, the ability to balance multiple tasks and be able to work in a fast-paced team environment as well as show strong independent work skills.
· Must feel comfortable with enforcing rules, laws, and other regulations with guests and race teams to ensure a safe environment for guests at all times.
· Must be able to act as a liaison among the customers, race teams, business partners, and plan/act in a professional, self-directed manner to ensure and promote customer satisfaction and retention.
· Computer skills, previous customer service and/or security experience highly preferred, but not required.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Food Service Attendant will be responsible for assisting at Speedbowl events with all food and beverage tasks and requirements, as well as other duties as assigned. All interested must have the flexibility to work long days, nights, weekends and holidays.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
Position will be required to execute various tasks during Speedbowl events including:
- Aiding food and beverage operations at various levels of involvement
- Handling cash transactions
- Ensuring food and beverage equipment is functioning properly
- Ensuring food and beverage is handled in a proper, safe maner
- Promoting extraordinary customer service at all times
- Ability to answer questions asked upon by guests from times and order of events to locations of attractions
- Having a full understanding of the Waterford Speedbowl food and beverage offerings and tasks
QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION
· Candidates should be responsible, trustworthy, organized individuals possessing strong written and verbal communication skills.
· They must have the willingness to learn and adapt to environment, the ability to balance multiple tasks and be able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
· Candidate must also feel comfortable with large amounts of cash, have the ability to handle cash transactions without the use of calculator or other means, and have the ability to fill out reports at the end of the night for managers.
· Candidate should expect to stand for long periods of time.
· Previous cashier, concession, restaurant, and banquet experience highly preferred, but not required.
